La Bergerie

A stunning old stone bergerie set in 11 acres in the hills of Provence, on the out-skirts of the village of La Garde-Freinet. Beautiful views of the vineyards and olive groves in the valley of Saint Clement and overlooking the towns of Grimaud, Cogolin and St. Tropez.

The house has been renovated over the last year and  an extension of approximately 1000sq.ft has been built with a new balcony that runs along the front of La Bergerie.  There is a swimming pool with wonderful views.

There will be 4 double bedrooms, 3 with on suite facilities, and one with a wc and basin next to it. There is an outside wc and shower. There is also a bunk bed for two children on the landing and if necessary a sofa bed in the living area.
